Families are paying more for county-imposed gas, property, and utility fee increases. I will work to reduce unnecessary county increases and ease the burden on working families and seniors. I will also support a more local way to measure affordability so families can truly afford to live here.

 

Smart Growth, Redevelopment & Housing

Overdevelopment of our community has put strain on our infrastructure, schools and our daily life. I will prioritize redevelopment in already developed areas instead of unmanaged sprawl.

 

Protecting Our Rural Boundary

Our voter-approved rural boundary has been under pressure from developers. I will defend it and protect Seminole County's greenspaces, rural communities, and their way of life.

 

Reliable Services & Infrastructure

Failing to prioritize infrastructure has put increasing strain on our roads, emergency services, and quality of life. I will fight for smarter investments in transportation, clean water, stormwater improvements, and flood protection while ensuring county services are efficient and taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly

Every community deserves fair investment. I will make sure underserved areas get the attention and resources they need.
